Once you have ordered your VitalCALL system, a qualified VitalCALL professional will come to your loved one’s home to install. They will show them how to operate the machine and the pendant and ensure they have a clear understanding of what we do to help them stay safer at home. Most importantly, this is where we understand your loved one’s needs.
SELF-INSTALLATION OPTIONS
VitalCALL also offer a self-installation option that may be suitable if you live in a rural area or are concerned about the spread of COVID and other diseases. Please contact the VitalCALL team for details and pricing.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
With VitalCALL, we give you the flexibility of paying for the service on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
